Gregor McDonald, CFP ®
Greg was raised in St. Catharines where he still resides with his wife Rena and three children Erica, Elizabeth and Sarah. Greg has been an active member of the Kiwanis Club of St Catharines since 1988 and has held various offices including President 1992-93 and Treasurer 1994-98 he was also the President of the Kiwanis Senior Citizens Apartments from 2000 – 2005.
Greg has been in the financial services industry since 1992 and a Certified Financial Planner since 1998. Although he has worked in the industry through various mutual fund dealerships he joined FundEX Investments Inc. in 2002 because of the independence that is offered through this type of dealership.
At FundEX, independence means providing an environment for Associates to run their practices autonomously, without production conditions, such as sales quotas or dealer developed products. They think it is important that advisors have a wide menu of investment and insurance solutions to serve their clients, along with smart integrated technology that is functionally robust and easy to use. The mutual fund industry is an ever changing business that is diligently regulated by the Mutual Fund Dealers Association (MFDA) and FundEX helps make sure that I remain up to date on all compliance notices as they develop.
